Cell Group sweat out saturday

Over last weekend, my church cell group had an evening of exercise and fellowship. Needless to say, i was in-charge of the training programme. I gave everyone 2 workout options and everyone chose the easier option, lol. We ran 3-4 rounds of the track followed by simple compound exercises to target major muscle groups. The kids played frisbee in place of running and they were game enough to join in the exercises after.
And of course, we had food as 'reward' after the exercise session. We hope to have more of these sessions so as to be a fit and healthy CG in order to serve God and people. Thank you Jesus!
