Conducted a workshop for a group of pre-school teachers on 26 March 2016. The teachers were taught basic anatomy and how to watch their posture during everyday activities. They were also taught stretches and exercises that can help maintain their flexibility, range of motion and necessary strength for good posture.

All the teachers showed great enthusiasm and asked many questions so as to avoid or correct any back issues they might have. Good stuff!
