Wolverine pumps iron

He might have one of the buffest bodies in Hollywood, but Hugh Jackman started training for his role as mutant superhero Wolverine about 18 months before filming started.
The Oscar-nominated actor told The New Paper he used to laugh at people who worked out in gyms, but found that he had to do the same to get the "Wolverine body".
Former wrestler-turned-movie star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson gave some advice - "eat 6,000 calories a day, train for three hours a day - two hours in the morning and an hour in the afternoon" - in order to meet his goal of putting on 11kg of lean muscle.
